The breakfast of champions!

Dedicated to a man who is changing lives, Gary Prichard.
FEEDBACK
Michell Wie, a 16 year old golfer at the time, was being criticised day in and day out for entering tournaments against men. She would hear such criticisms as, "She isn't good enough, Who does she think she is, She hasn't even won a women's tournament," etc... A reporter asked Michelle, how she deals with the criticism. Her answer was a shocking response.

"Oh I love it! Ya see when people criticise you it shows that they care about you. It is when they stop criticising you that you have to start to worry." ~Michelle Wie

"The trouble with most of us is...
we would rather be ruined by praise than saved by criticism."
~Norman Vincent Peale

Are you just living or are you truly ALIVE?

"Nothing will change unless you do."
Ask yourself, "Do I want better?" Which means, Do you want a better more exciting and happier life?

BETTER: relationship, job, friends, player in a sport, self esteem, self confidence, mental toughness, discipline, etc...

DO YOU WANT BETTER? If your answer is YES, then you need to change what you are doing.

"To get where we want to be, we must do what we've never done."

Why Worry?

When you worry it is because you don't trust that everything will work out the way you want it to. Joel Osteen once said, "Some people are so tuned into the worry channel, that they've become a lifetime member- they could own their own stock in that company." If you notice, that the more you worry, the more you find to worry about. Some are convinced that the only reason some people have a family is because they don't have enough things to worry about.

Definition of Worry- tormenting yourself with negative thoughts.
Some worry so much, it's like they're getting paid for it.

"Worry is like a rocking chair. It passes the time but doesn't get you anywhere."

Own your emotions

Happy Birthday to a Women who inspires many and is making a difference in the lives of others, Lisa Sargese.

Are you still making others responsible for how you feel? "Well she got me mad." "He started it." How are we suppose to control our actions if we don't take responsibility for them?

Are we so fragile that it only takes a car to cut us off to get our emotions going? Are you very excited and proud to live out the life that you have, that no one can distract you from your amazing journey? If your answer is NO then Go Get a Life!

"Whenever you point your finger at someone else, there is 3 pointing back at you."
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR REACTIONS!

Take action before you are taken

"Last year I was told I had 3-6 months to live. I'm on month 9 now. Somebody said to me, 'Wow! You're really beating the Grim Reaper.' I said, without even thinking about it, 'We don't beat the Reaper by living longer. We beat the Reaper by living well and fully. For the Reaper will come for all of us. The question is, What do we do between the time we're born and the time he shows up?" ~Randy Pausch

"Once we give up on looking for our passion, then all we are doing is waiting for the Reaper." ~Randy Pausch

How to be Dissapointed?

Don't allow others to make mistakes. When people don't fit in with who WE want them to be, we believe that gives us the right to complain and be dissapointed. Our dissapointments stem from putting others actions under a microscope.

"We judge others by what they do and then judge ourselves by what we can become."

So you didn't get what you wanted

How do you respond when you don't get your way? -for that is who you really are. The answer lies within your character.
