Are we getting in their way?

Are we allowing our friends to grow and change? Or are we getting in their way?
Allow me not to be perfect.

We have this image of who we think a person should be and when they do something different that we don't picture them doing, we say "Why did you do that".

"Allow me to change and be who I think I am not who you think I should be"
