You have to let go in order to Grow

A man was driving by his old job with his 6 year old son in the passenger seat. The boy said, "Dad isn't that where you use to work." Father replied, "Yes it is". He then asked, "Dad, did you get fired." Dad answered, "No son. I quit!" The son's eyes became watery and with disappointment the boy said, "Daddy, you quit? You quit? But, Daddy, you told me never to give up; you said I should never ever give up. And you quit?" The Father pulled the car over, as he wiped his son's tears, that were pouring down his face. The Father said, "William, I'm going to give you a life lesson, Son. See, yes I quit! But not because I was giving up! But because I was going up!"
