Are you nervous?

Have you ever said to somoeone, "You're making me nervous." Arent' we really saying:
"I don't trust you."
"I am worried."
"I don't have faith in you."

If anything, you are allowing the situation to make you nervous. Why do we make everyone else responsible for how we feel? Once we start taking repsonsiblity for how we feel, then we can start taking responsiblity for changing it.

It is not the event that is happening, but your response to what is happening is what determines whether or not you are nervous.

"Your accountability depends on how much you take responsibility."

Quote of the month: "Fear is an illusion; you think something is standing in your way but nothing is really there." ~Michael Jordan
