How do you remember something?

Answer: Attach something emotional to it

Ever remember a time when you were extremely happy or sad. Once our emotions become attached to the event, it becomes hard to forget.

Entertainment= Emotion
Emotion= Attention (keeps you focused)
Attention= Meaning (focus long enough and you develop a meaning)
Meaning= Memory (strong emotional meaning creates memory)

"It is wise to direct your anger towards problems- not people; to focus your energy on answers- not excuses." ~William Arthur Ward

Quote of the month: "We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give."

Never really thought of it that way...

You know, you should really give the teams at SMS one of these pepe/inspirational talks, they're really good, and needed. I know that I'd enjoy them.
