Are you Ordinary or Extraordinary? If you are interviewing for a job, why should they hire you? What differentiates you from anyone else?
You are extraordinary. But if you act like everyone else just to fit in, then you are everyone else. Don't just be another face in the crowd. You have so much to offer others. How? By just being yourself. Stop hiding behind the person you want to be, and be the person you are.
If you have a problem with someone- speak to them about it. If someone asks you for your opinion- give it to them. Stop telling others what they want to hear and speak respectfully but truthfully.
