Special Hello to Gary Prichard.
One year ago an inspiring 3rd grade girl gave a talk at Montclair State University on teamwork. During her talk, she took questions from the audience:
College Student: Do you have any negative people on your team?
3rd Grade Speaker: Yes
College Student: How do you handle them?
3rd Grade Speaker: They just need a little more encouragement.
