How much time do we spend engaging our children in activities? It is important for them to be active. But activity is not a replacement for attention.
What are your children or people in your family inheriting after you pass on. When it comes to children, some people spend too much time trying to leave something for them. It is more important to leave something in them.
When we leave something in them, that means we invest and make deposits in their lives. What are our children missing, confidence, adaptability, kindness, forgiveness? Are they holding grudges? Do they use the phrase, "I don't like?" If they do, they may have trained their brain to see the faults in this world= fault finders. When this happens they may focus on seeing the faults in themselves= low self confidence.
What seeds are we planting in them that we wish to see them grow into?
"If we aren't planting seeds then chances are they are growning weeds."
