Are you declaring war on your selfishness? Or are your mornings still starting out with the word "I"? "I am tired. I am hungry. I don't want to get up." Stop allowing your wants and feelings to interfere with the positive interruption you could be in someone else's life!
Stop saying, "What about me." And start saying, "What about we."
