No matter what, make a difference

A special Hello to The Inspiring Lisa Sargese. Right now she breathes Determination. Find out how. Go to her Website- http://theskinnyonline.blogspot.com/

She cared for the poor and the unwanted. She created over 450 centers throughout the world from Calcutta to New York to Albania. She was one of the pioneers of establishing homes for AIDS victims. For more than 45 years, from all around the world, Mother Teresa comforted the poor, the dying, and the unwanted. A true Saint from the day she was born.

Mother Teresa is an inspiration to us all. Can we just take 1% of the difference that she has made in this world, and can we be that difference in some one's life. No matter what anyone says, do what is right anyway. Ask yourself, "Do I respond to others with respect and kindness regardless of how they treat me or do I allow the way others treat me to have control over how I respond?"

Mother Teresa's Anyway Poem
People are often unreasonable, illogical and self centered;
Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
Be honest and frank anyway.

What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;
Build anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow;
Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough;
Give the world the best you've got anyway.

You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and your God;
It was never between you and them anyway.

"You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those that can do nothing for him." ~James D. Miles

Quote of the month: "A true friend is someone who thinks they are a good egg even though he knows that you are slightly cracked." ~Bernard Meltzer

Thank you so much for that, buddy! I love that Mother Theresa poem. One of my favorite quotes is kinda like that: "Whenever you try to do something good people will question your methods. Whenever you try to do something great people will question your motives. Don't let that stop you from doing good and great things!"....Thanks for doing a great thing with this Blog every day without fail!!

Speaking of favorite quote, here is one of mine.

"If there were in the world today any large number of people who desired their own happiness more than they desired the unhappiness of others, we could have paradise in a few years."

- Bertrand Russell .
