Are you Comfortable?

"I'm cold. Can you turn up the heat. It's too hot in hear. Turn on the air condition."

Why are we so addicted to being comfortable.

How do you get through the difficult times of life? Let's try being comfortable being uncomfortable. Life is all about discomfort. Once we are uncomfortable, we start to complain about it. Get use to it. Comfort keeps us inside our comfort zone which creates habits, good or bad. That's "easyville". No worries and No discomfort. But if you really want to go for it, no matter what it is: speaking in public, dancing, disagreeing with your boss appropriately, confronting people we are scared of; then get comfortable being uncomfortable.

Everything you know is inside your comfort zone. Everything you don't know is on the outside. The most exciting thing about life is not knowing what your future holds; the unexpected surprises that we are not aware of. They all lie on the outside of our comfort zone.

"Bad habits are like a comfortable bed, easy to get into, but hard to get out of."

Quote of the month: "Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want." ~Randy Pausch
