How to be Happy?

If you can understand this one concept of happiness and apply it to your life, you will be happier.
Happiness comes from the inside out, not the outside in. What you put into your head will decide whether or not you are happy. Not the event, not others having to say nice things to us ALL the time.

Let us stop giving others the responsibility to create our happiness.
Once we start this process of creating our own happiness, than no one can't take that away from us. Your happiness is not linked to what happens to you, but how you respond to it. Your perception of life is how you choose to view something. We need to change our perceptions and then we can change our happiness.

When the vulture flies though the desert it focuses all its energy on death. The vulture looks for death and decay and isn't able to focus on anything else. The hummingbird also flies through the desert and focuses all its energy on life. It looks for flowers, plants and other vegetation that it can use to sustain life.

We will talk more about this during the week.

"Energy flows where Attention goes."

Quote of the month: "Fear is an illusion; you think something is standing in your way but nothing is really there." ~Michael Jordan
