Others need your encouragement, your enthusiasm, your energy. So why not give it to them. Do you focus on how others treat you or, Are you more concerned with how you treat others?

I've been told I'm super loud, and have a ton of energy, I dont know whether they meant it in a good or bad way...

The quote is right. I love surrounding myself with people who have positive energy. It is definitely contagious!
Well I don't know who you are, but that is the 3rd and 4th grade girls basketball team only goal. To be the most energized team on the floor. Enthusiasm is one of the best qualities you can have and it sounds like you got it. So when you see me in the gym give me a shout as to who you are; if you like.
I never realized how hanging out with positive people can change your whole out look on life. I was just use to my parents yellin all the time and just thought, that life was suppose to be that way. Now I understand that your life is a result of your actions and thoughts.
My parents argue all the time..but then you meet people and realize you can have a relationship with someone that's completely peaceful.
