Don't be a "WHAT- IF" Thinker.
What if this happens, What if that happens.- You know these people.
It's worrying about things that don't exist. If there are any real threats in your life, here is what worry does; it diminishes your power to deal with these issues instead of increasing your coping power to deal with it.
Possibility and Worry cannot exist in the same world. Do you think about what is possible? Or do you think about what and why it won't happen for you?
