In business, on a sports team or in life, we all need a T.E.A.M., Together Everyone Achieves More. Who is on your TEAM? Other people's attitudes in your life, may be holding you back from all that you can become.
In which case ask yourself:
If my companies mission is to climb a tree; Who would I hire in order to get me closest to my goals? Would I hire a squirrel? Or would I hire a horse and spent the rest of my life training it?
There are people out there who already believe in you. It's not your job to train others to.
Walt Disney once said, "If you tell your friends your dreams, and they laugh at you, then go make some new friends."
