We are all on the same team. Don't believe me? People in an elevator usually are just individuals and don't realize that they are on a team. But if the elevator gets stuck, watch how quickly they become a team and work together.
We have always been on a team. We just don't practice together until there is a crisis situation. In which case you must understand this: No matter where you go in life, you are either bringing something to the party or taking something away.
Are you contributing to the environment or contaminating it? Are you helping or hurting? Teams are either pulling together or pulling apart.
You attitude is affecting everyone around you. The grudges and worries that you carry with you may be getting in the way of your teammates: at work, in school, in a waiting room, in your family, etc... People are watching the way you live. Your actions are preaching to others.
