Train Your Brain

Everyday we are training our thinking. "Our thinking habits are a result of all that we have thought." ~DV
What are you thinking about? What training does your brain go through on a daily basis?

If you trained your brain to worry,
If you trained your brain to fear,
If you trained your brain to find fault,
If you trained your brain to be jealous,
then when these thoughts are missing, your brain goes looking for them. Why? Because once your brain gets use to something and it is not there, it feels uncomfortable without it. Yes, some people feel odd if they are not worried or venting about something.

Ever notice the same people who argue all the time and worry all the time. It seems as though they are addicted to it.
