The Pillow Test

The definition of commitment is, "Keeping your word after the feeling has past."

Can you do sit-ups or crunches or stretch or push-ups or jog for just five minutes a day. Don't think about not having an hour a day for what you can't do, think about the little time you can fit into your day for what you can do.

That is 35 minutes of exercise a week. For some of you it is 35 times more than what you are doing now.

Every night when you go to bed and your head hits that pillow you can look back on the days events and either say, "I'm glad I did." Or, "I wish I had."
What will you say tonight?

"If you do what you always did, you'll get what you always got."

Quote of the month: "When you reach out, chances are someone will reach back." ~Cheryl Richardson
