Do we have commitment based conversations? That is when we speak to people about what they can do.
Or do we have behavior based conversations? We constantly point out what they didn't do and should do and ignore what they are capable of.
Why do we judge others by their actions but then judge ourselves by what we can become?
Whenever we point at someone else there are 3 fingers pointing back at us. Don't be a fault finder, be a hope finder. We have enough bitter people in this world. After people interact with you, do you leave them feeling bitter or better?
