Millions of dollars will be spent tomorrow to try and give something that many search their whole lives trying to find, happiness. Sounds crazy. But for many, tomorrow will be a day that we spend buying gifts for children that we think will make them happy.
"I WANT MORE." But you have so much from last Christmas. "BUT I WANT MORE." But you have more than most children in this world. "BUT I WANT MORE."
The greatest gift is the ability that lies inside us to be the difference in the world. There isn't any exchanges for that gift. What do you have to give to the world? Will the world be better off after you leave it, or will the world be a better place because you came through it? Are we raising children to be that difference, or do we just conitue to fill their selfish needs? The world needs what they have. But if we teach them that it is all about "ME" then they may never see the "WE," and that makes all the difference in the world.
"We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give."
