Communicate to Motivate

Do you communicate to motivate? When someone is in the need of advice do you just give out information hoping that someone takes your advice? If you are a parent, a teacher, a coach, a friend you have a license to motivate.

When you speak you are not just speaking, you are selling others on your words, by the passion that you put behind them.

What will you say today that will be the difference in someones tomorrow?

"It's not what you say. It's what you convey."~Unknown
