If it is alive and well in your brain it is because:
You built a home for it to live.
You feed it everyday.
It controls your responses to others.
It pushes down the person you really want to be.
It is the reason why singing or dancing in front of others is embarrassing.
It is why public speaking is the number one fear in America.
It is alive and well our whole lives. It does not go away after high school.
It is valuing other people's opinions more than your own. It is living your whole life to satisfy the opinions of others. The definition of it is, "What will other people think; what will other people say."
What is it? PEER PRESSURE.
As a person was complaining to someone about how they felt, the person responded, "Your opinion of me is none of my business."
