Have you ever squeezed an orange? Notice how everything comes out. The pulp, the seeds, the juice and any rotten particles are squeezed out. The same is with us.
When we are being pressured, everything comes out; the good, the bad and the ugly. You are who you are when faced with adversity. Every relationship, team, business or friendship is great when things are going great. But when expectations are not fulfilled, deadlines are not met and adversity is kicking them in the face, what is their response?
We get to see how tight people really are when adversity shows up. Respond the way you want things to be, not the way they are.
