Why do we complain? Because we need to vent. Once we are done venting, we will do something about it. But what about those people who are still venting many years later about a past situation? When we complain, we are stuck in our circumstances, usually asking the question "why." The question, "why" will keep us standing still right where we are. "Well, how come this happened? Why did that happen?" Are you rolling with the changes or are you getting rolled over by them?
Focus on taking action. When we take action it doesn't leave us much time to complain.
"If you have time to whine and complain about something then you have time to do something about it." ~Anthony J. D'Angelo
