Which one is closer to your eating style? Hopefully you answered none. Whether it is eating exercising, studying or practicing a sport, you have 2 choices. You can do a little a lot. Or you can do a lot a little. In other words do you study a lot in one sitting or do you study a little many times throughout the week?
Don't allow how you feel to determine your actions. If we wait until we feel like eating, drinking, exercising, studying, reading or tackling that huge project, then we will overindulge, burn out or even worse, we will be making friends with everyone's enemy- PROCRASTINATION!
