You Are Annoying!

Some people tell other adults, "You're annoying, You're irritating me!" What they are really saying is, "Change your behavior because I cannot deal with the way you choose to act. I cannot adapt to your current status. So act the way I want you to." This is called controlling someones behavior. Do we speak to adults like parents speak to children? Do you treat people based on who you believe they are? Or do you treat people based on the person they can become?

"Don't let the outside control what is going on on the inside." ~D.V.

Quote of the month: "Make your haters be your motivators."
