Once We Stop Growing, We Stop Living

Why spend time and energy seeking to improve if success is available only to people with the right genes? This type of thinking is a called a Fixed Mindset.

Growth mindset people see failure as a catapult to their success.
Example: Shizuka Arakawa-while training for the Olympics as a figure-skater she fell over twenty thousand times. Shizuka interpreted failing as an opportunity to learn and develop. She took it as evidence that she was improving.

"I have failed over and over again. And that is why I succeed." ~Michael Jordan
"If you find yourself believing that you must be the way you've always been, you're arguing against your own personal growth." ~Wayne Dyer
