You may not be realizing it but condemnation, anger, holding grudges, and the desire to get even tears down your health and your mind. If we don't let it go we cannot grow.
The great Notre Dame Football Coach, Lou Holtz once said, "I am going to make it my life's goal to get even with EVERYONE who has done nice things for me."
