The most amazing streak.
Just because you're tired, DON'T YOU QUIT! Just because you don't feel like it, DON'T YOU QUIT! If you are allowing your feelings to take over your thoughts, DON'T YOU QUIT! After you read this story, you may never have the right to wine and complain about insignificant things that won't matter tomorrow. At sometime today you are going to feel like quitting. You might feel like it all day, still DON'T YOU QUIT!
Covert was a 17 year old high school student and on July 23 1968, he went for a run near his home in Los Angeles. The next day he woke up and went for another run. Every day, he just kept on running. After 50 days in a row, Covert went for another run. After 100 days in a row, that's right Covert went for another run.
He has run on the days when his 4 children were born. He ran on the days that his parents died. While vacationing on a cruise ship, he was stuck in a tropical storm- Covert Runs. Years later he broke his left foot. His foot was so swollen (from running on it while it was broken) the doctors couldn't put a cast on it. So when he got home he wrapped it up and you guessed it- Covert Runs.
Today Mark Covert is 56 years old and has run over 14,071 days in a row. He admits that his age has slowed him down a bit as his 4:09 mile is now a 7:15 mile (That is amazing). He has become unstoppable in his quest.
"I can't ever see myself waking up and saying, 'I don't feel like doing this anymore." ~Mark Covert
"Intense effort only fully releases its reward after a person refuses to quit". ~Napoleon Hill

Where is Dino?
'Don't You Quit'
I've been told that so many times, it's unbelievable. It comes from my teachers, my parents, my friends, and my coaches.
But, don't you have to stop at some point, to where it gets so bad, you just need to stop or quit?
Yes but no one knows what their best is. That's why a coach and teacher is always pushing because most people don't go all out. Most students are sitting there checking the clock instead of being totally into the class. Most people will let their feelings get in the way. There feeings become their obstacle and then they quit. Sometimes we need to negotiate with our body to find more energy and keep on going. There are only 2 choices, are you going to go all out or are you going to hold back.
