Are you nervous?

There was this look of fear on all their faces, just before they played the boys basketball team. While in the locker room for their pre-game pep talk, a 3rd grade girl said, "I am Nervous!" The coach to their surprise had this huge smile on his face and said "That's Great." The girls looked at him with astonishment and confusion on their face. The coach explained, "When you are nervous it shows how much you care. Every athlete is nervous before the game. But here is the secret, IT'S OK TO BE NERVOUS, IT'S NOT OK TO ACT LIKE IT. The good news is we don't have to act how we feel."

Most people say, "What is wrong with me. Why am I so nervous." We must be comfortable being uncomfortable. It is ok not to feel comfortable all of the time. That is where we learn the life's lessons.
