Stop taking the Long Way

Can you put more into what you are doing and less into what you are not doing. You have infinite potential. But what gets in the way of that potential?
Answer: Interference (Noise)

Stop going the long way. When you travel down that path to reach your goal; KEEP GOING. Most people allow the noise to slow them down or take a different road. The shortest distance between you and your goals is one secret word: FOCUS. The less we focus, the slower we travel. If you have that paper to write, just FOCUS. You need to finish that resume, just FOCUS. You need to organize your room and your bills, just FOCUS.

The outside Interference which is: complaining about others, wallowing in self pity, constant shopping etc... These activities help you take your eyes off your goal. Your thoughts determine your focus. What you think about, will lead you, sometimes to where you don't want to go. So control your mind before it controls you. Your Thoughts determine how far you will travel and how long it will take to get there.
