"Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance."
What if:
I loose my job.
I don't make the team.
The test is hard.
My relationship does not work out.
My child has a difficult time with school or the coach.
#1 Be Prepared.
#2 Have a pro-active back up plan.
If you have both of these things in your arsenal, than chances are you have a high level of trust. If you don't, then you probably spend much time allowing your worries to interfere with progress
Many worry because they don't trust that they have spent enough time preparing themselves or their children for what life has thrown at them.
"Can't be scared if you're prepared." ~John Wooden
